PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable scroll compressor supplying oil to a suction chamber from start. SOLUTION: This compressor is provided with a back pressure chamber 9 generating back pressure pressing a turning scroll 6 to a fixed scroll 5 side, a valve chamber 11 communicating the suction chamber 10 and the back pressure chamber 9 and sucking fluid in the compression chamber 7 between the turning scroll 6 and the fixed scroll 5, and a spring 14 pressing valve of several type of shapes or a ball valve 13. A spring holder 18 and a stopper 19 capable of moving in the valve chamber 11 by pressure difference between delivery pressure, back pressure and suction air pressure is provided.
