PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily making turning arms position adjustable corresponding to serial windows when opened/closed using the plurality of turning arms. SOLUTION: The turning arm having a roller at the front end is used for a device which opens/closes a lateral shaft turning window having a balancing weight laterally provided on the indoor side upper casing portion of a paper door provided above the middle of a vertical casing for free turning with a hinge as a supporting point.
