PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method which prevents the occurrence of a bur and a sink mark in a molding without deteriorating impact strength and heat resistance when the molding of a biodegradable resin is formed by injection molding and a resin case using the method. SOLUTION: An injection molding method in which the biodegradable resin, after being injected into a mold, is cooled and solidified includes a process for injecting the resin into the cavity of the mold the temperature of which is at least the glass transition temperature and below maximum crystallization speed temperature of the resin, a process for holding the resin at a temperature of the maximum crystallization speed temperature±10°C for a prescribed time for crystallizing the biodegradable resin, and a process for demolding the resin at a temperature lower by at least 10°C than the glass transition temperature.
