PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin molding apparatus of a large-sized bulk material constituted so as to cause no air bubbles or cavities etc., in a product when the large-sized bulk material is molded from a synthetic resin material using a mold, and a molding method using it. SOLUTION: In the resin molding apparatus 1 of the large-sized bulk material constituted by joining a mold 3 for molding the product to a material supply device 2 for feeding out a synthetic resin material in a molten state, the cross section of the mold 3 is a closed cross section and the cross-sectional shape thereof is made almost constant in the length direction of the mold 3 while a supply port 13 for supplying the synthetic resin material from the material supply device 2 into the mold 3 is provided to the end part in the length direction of the mold 3 and a pressure control member 16 is provided so as to be opposed to the supply port 13 and gradually moved in a direction wherein the volume of the product molding part 15 in the mold 3 becomes large while keeping the pressure of the synthetic resin material in a molten state on the way of an increase in the amount of the synthetic resin material, which is supplied into the mold 3, to a predetermined value. Since the molten synthetic resin is cured under a pressure condition, the large-sized bulk material having no air bubbles or cavities and enhanced in compression strength is obtained.
