PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a lens rim formed around a periphery of a lens from thinning without depending on a lens rim curve. SOLUTION: A spectacle lens working device includes: a lens rotating means having a lens rotation axis for holding the spectacle lens; a first whetstone rotating means having a first whetstone rotation axis on which a first rim finishing whetstone is provided for forming the lens rim around the spectacle lens; a second whetstone rotating means having a second whetstone rotation axis on which a second rim finishing whetstone is provided with a diameter smaller than that of the first rim finishing whetstone for forming the rim along the periphery of the lens; and a selection means for selecting either the first or the second whetstone rotating means to be used in working on the lens rim. The second whetstone rotating axis is a rotation axis inclined with respect to the axial direction of a lens rotation axis, and the second rim finishing whetstone is a conic whetstone with a V-groove formed.
