摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the freedom of setting a direct blowing port at a necessary place of a cavity in a vertically split mating die arrangement of a mold manufacturing machine. SOLUTION: A blow head is provided so as to be freely pressed against a lateral back face of the mating die having a vertically split face. This arrangement enables molding sand to be blown into the cavity in a wide and optional range, unlike filling limited by flowing the sand from the vertical split face only.
