PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring and controlling net work system for a cleaned water supply facility capable of stably controlling an equipment group to be controlled and being applied to cleaning equipment under operation and coping with novel equipment. SOLUTION: In the cleaned water supply facility provided with a process for cleaning raw water and a drainage route, control items positioned to be necessary for the maintenance and control about all steps from a raw water gathering port up to a tip port for use are always monitored. The resultant data are stored in a data file server. The control system is constructed so as to control the equipment based on the stored data, to suspect a pre-monitor of the occurrence of an accident to offer a coping means and to select and direct the optimum coping content to settle and finish the the whole change occurring with the accident to perform the recovery, normalization and maintenance of the function of the facility.
