PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small article holder used also for a cellphone utilizing the side face of a personal computer display, a personal computer body, a television set, a desk, or the like to allow the immediate use of the cellphone, spectacles, writing implements, and the like without misplacing them, and freely adjustable in angle forward and backward to easily take out the cellphone or small articles. SOLUTION: The small article holder 4 used also for the cellphone, provided with a through hole 3 in the side face center is mounted to a projecting face of a reverse projecting type insertion plate 1 with an axial hole 2 provided in the center, so as to slide through a shaft 6. The reverse projecting type insertion plate 1 is inserted in a base 5 provided with a groove for enclosing the reverse projecting type insertion plate 1, and the angle of the small article holder 4 used also for the cellphone is freely adjustable forward and backward.
