PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal liquid non-filling type comparing electrode capable of being extended in its life without selecting the temperature or the like of a measuring object in the measurement of the concentration of ions, and an ion densitometer. SOLUTION: This ion concentration meter is composed of a container 8a having a liquid communication part 16 and an air hole 17 formed thereto, the gel-like internal liquid 11 charged in the container 8a, an inside electrode 12 provided so as to be immersed in the internal liquid 11 and the pressure adjusting body 13 positioned between the internal liquid 11 and the air hole 17 to be deformed corresponding to pressure and comprising a steam impermeable material.
