The Use of N-Acetyl-D-Aminoglycosamine in preparation of drugs for modulatin g microorganism on mucous membrane is disclosed in the invention. N-Acetyl-D- Aminoglycosamine has effects of promoting redistribution of bacteria, and preventing of colonizing of the exotic microorganisms, etc., and the formulations thereof can be prepared conveniently, and their effects of modulating microorganism on mucous membrane are significant, with advantages of no irritation and no polution, etc.
