<p>The invention relates to a fluid distributor for two liquid phases for even distribution in a number of tubes of a vertical bundled-tube reactor for carrying out chemical reactions, whereby the interior of the tubes forming t he tube bundle are provided for a trickle-bed operation. The tubes are retained at the top and bottom by tubeplates and sealed relative to the tube exterior , a distribution chamber is arranged above the top tubeplate, comprising the inlets for two different fluids and at least one gas phase. A first fluid distribution system is arranged directly above, or on the tubeplate, connect ed to at least one external feed device and comprising an annular weir, arrange d outside the level of the tubes with base openings and a number of inlet nozzles whereby each of the tubes of the tube bundle is provided at the uppe r end thereof with an inlet nozzle, said nozzles being tubular and vertical in embodiment with at least one lateral opening and one further opening lying above the tubeplate and open to the provided tube of the tube bundle at the bottom thereof. A second fluid distribution system is arranged above the fir st fluid distribution system connected to at least one further external feed device and comprising an upper and a lower distribution base, whereby the lower distribution base has a number of openings, arranged in a line above t he inlet nozzles of the first fluid distribution device and at least one device for adjusting a steady fluid height above the openings, whereby the upper distribution base is connected to the feed device for fluid and comprises a number of overflow weirs, from which the fluid can flow into the lower distribution base and each of the overflow weirs is provided with a number o f openings for the lower distribution base.</p> |
