A piling wrap (10) having a shell (20) that extends around a support member (5), the shell (20) having two ends, and a plurality of inter-engaging finge rs (30) located on each end of said shell (20); wherein the shell (20) is movab le between an unlocked position where the inter-engaged fingers (30) are not engaged and a locked position where the inter-engaging fingers (30) are engaged.
