<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulating package with a large surface area which keeps a warming temperature showing a warming effect for a long period by regularly or continuously repeating heat generation reactions at least twice, and where deformation or slacking of a bag never occurs even when expanding a warming surface. <P>SOLUTION: The bag has a plurality of housing parts which communicate with each other by applying force from its outside. The housing parts consist of: a housing part A for housing an exothermic agent which is dissolved in water to make exothermic reaction; and a housing part B for housing a water-supply source. In the bag, the plurality of housing parts A and/or housing parts B are formed by compartmenting them. To be more concrete, a first form is obtained by compartmenting the housing part A with respect to the housing part B, and a second form is obtained by compartmenting both of the housing part A and the housing part B. It is also possible to comparment a plurality of the housing parts B with respect to the housing part A.
