<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To announce the history information of print jobs executed by each of a plurality of printing devices to a user at once. <P>SOLUTION: This print job management device 2 is provided with a timing setting means connected to a plurality of MFP1A and 1B for setting a timing to output history information, a job tabulation part 21 for storing print job information including at least a print job name to specify a print job executed by each of MFP1A and 1B and user identification information for identifying a user who has instructed the execution of the print job, a user job history preparing part 22 for extracting the print job information for each user identification information from the stored print job information, and for preparing the history information and a job notifying part 23 for detecting that the timing set by the timing setting means has come, and for transmitting the history information of each prepared user identification information to a network address stored so as to be associated with the user identification information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
