<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately control a replenishing toner quantity and to suppress the occurrence of fluctuation of the replenished toner quantity. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming device is provided with a toner replenishing means which replenishes toner for a toner image forming means of forming a toner image on the basis of image data by using an electrophotographic method.
