<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that condition setting is difficult in a status that a specified person uses content data with two or more reproducing apparatuses, and the reproducing apparatus is not specified because a right of using is formerly given to the person. <P>SOLUTION: A domain key 9 related with a specific content data user or a group which consists of content data users, is containerized with encrypted content data 8 which are enciphered content data 6 so as to directly or indirectly decodable using the domain key 9. Furthermore, a content data container 14 which is processed signature in a signature processor 13, is supplied to the reproducing apparatus.
