STRUCTURE OF HOOD FOR VEHICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the shock in collision while securing the stiffness of a hood without increasing the number of components.

SOLUTION: A front side bead 28 is formed so as to line in the direction of the car width in the front part of the hood 12 by means of a hood inner panel 18 and a lock reinforcement 24 in order to secure the stiffness of the hood 12. In addition, the rear side mounting portion 18B of the hood inner panel 18 connected to the flange 24D of the lock reinforcement 24 as a car body rear side mounting portion is a bulge 18B expanded in the downward direction of the car body. As a result, the flange 24D of the lock reinforcement 24 is largely separated from the hood outer panel 16 in the upward and downward direction of the car body.
