PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extremely valuable, innovative accessory attachable to a U-tube part of an air conditioner heat exchanger. SOLUTION: As an attachment to an air conditioner heat exchanger comprising a medium passage tube 1 for internal passage of a heat exchange medium comprising a plurality of juxtaposed linear tube parts 1A and turning curved tube parts 1B each positioned as a U-tube part between ends of the plurality of linear tube parts 1A, and a heat exchanger body 2 positioned on the linear tube parts 1A of the medium passage tube 1, the accessory is fitted on the turning curved tube part 1B of the medium passage tube 1 and is provided with a heat exchanger part 4.
