PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crank shaft of an internal combustion engine capable of smoothing the rotation of an engine and improving the engine performance. SOLUTION: A plurality of crank webs 12R, 12L mounted on one cylinder at intervals are integrally connected through a crank pin 11. The phase difference relative around a crank shaft is generated on centers of gravities G<SB>R</SB>, G<SB>L</SB>of the crank webs 12R, 12L, and the crank webs are connected by the crank pin 11 in a state that the integrated center of gravity G obtained by integrating the crank webs is determined to a side opposite to the crank pin 11 through the crank shaft. The crank webs 12R, 12L have the same weight, and keep the phase difference of the same angle in the directions opposite to each other around the crank shaft with respect to the integrated center of gravity G positioned on the crank radial extension passing through an axial center of the crank pin and an axial center of the crank.
