PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronical automatic faucet capable of preventing an electric energy storage capacitor 50 from becoming empty, even when the capacitor is not used over a long period, by starting a control device 60 in a short time, when storing electric energy in the electric energy storage capacitor 50 by discharging water by a manual valve 30d. SOLUTION: A small capacity capacitor 50S and a large capacity capacitor 50L are arranged as an electric energy storage means 50. First of all, electric energy is stored in the small capacity capacitor 50S, and then, the control device 60 is started by electric power stored in the small capacity capacitor 50S, and next, electric energy is stored in the large capacity capacitor 50L. Thus, the control device 60 can be started in a short time, since electric energy storage voltage instantly increases and can be made to reach starting voltage of the control device 60 in a short time, by storing electric energy in the small capacity capacitor 50S in the first place. The electric energy storage means 50 does not become empty, even when the means is not used over a long period, by storing electric energy in the large capacity capacitor 50L thereafter.
