PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe connecting structure in an underfloor draining system, in which a lower end of a floor penetrating drain pipe to be connected to a branch drain pipe extended from kitchen equipment or sanitary equipment arranged in a building, is penetrated through a floor plate, and the front end of the floor penetrating drain pipe can be easily connected to a main drain pipe of a drainage header arranged under the floor by using a flexible pipe connection member even if the former is deviated from the latter in installation location. SOLUTION: According to the underfloor draining system for draining waste water to the drainage header H, the lower end of the floor penetrating drain pipe 3 arranged by penetrating through the floor plate is connected to the drainage header H arranged under the floor, or to the main drain pipe 1 extending to the drainage header H via the flexible pipe connection member A.
