PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air resistance reducing device for a wheel capable of reducing air resistance of the wheel and capable of releasing heat caused during operation of a brake. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a device main body part 2 and a plurality of wheel mounting parts 3. The device main body part 2 is equipped with a covering part 21 and a heat radiation hole 22. The device main body part 2 is mounted on the wheel 100 by the plurality of the wheel mounting parts 3, and thereby the covering part 21 covers a large diameter part of an outside surface of a wheel 101 of the wheel 100 from the outside.
