PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce costs by using an inexpensive cylinder main body with a connection part integrated therewith in a vehicle in which a space above the hydraulic cylinder of a power steering device for a vehicle is relatively narrow. SOLUTION: The hydraulic cylinder of the power steering device is arranged in a steering torque transmission path transmitting a steering torque input from a steering handle to a steering wheel to assist a steering operation for a driver. The outer periphery of the cylinder main body 4 with an oil pressure chamber 4a formed inside thereof includes a connection part 7 connected with oil pressure piping 4a, which is integrated with the cylinder main body 4 at a prescribed place directed upward in a fixing state to the vehicle, and is provided with an oil path 7a introducing pressure oil supplied from the oil pressure piping 6 to the the oil pressure chamber 4a. The oil path 7a of the connection part 7 is formed in a linear shape inclined by a prescribed angleθ<SB>O</SB>relative to a face F orthogonal to the axial line C of the cylinder main body 4.
