PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure capable of performing a load detection more easily than that of the prior art load detection seat without increasing its cost and further capable of facilitating a fixing of the load sensor. SOLUTION: This is a load detection seat in which load sensors 8, 9 for use in detecting a load acted on a sitting surface SS of a seat 1 are arranged between each of a pair of rail members 3, 4 arranged at the right side and left side of the sitting surface SS to support a seat 1 on a floor surface and a seat frame SC acting as a seat framework. There are provided rods 21, 22 cooperatively connecting the right and left upper brackets 4, 7 having one end of each of the rods immovably fixed to the upper brackets 4, 7. There are provided links 8, 9. One end of each of the links is fixed on the rods 21, 22. The other end of each of the links is rotatably pivoted on a seat cushion frame 11 (the seat frame SC) so as to accept a load acting on the seat cushion frame 11 and apply a twisting force on the rods 21, 22.
