IMAGE ANALYSIS DEVICE, IMAGE ANALYSIS PROGRAM, STORAGE MEDIUM, AND IMAGE ANALYSIS METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image analysis device for cutting out an object with high analysis precision and less distortion. SOLUTION: The device optimizes an area boundary for each pixel by the Markov random field model in a space-frequency area after roughly area-dividing while gradually narrowing an analysis target from a large range. More specifically, the device extracts texture characteristics of a variety of scales and area-divides an image by using the extracted characteristics. The device cuts out an area of an object having superiority of the characteristics by taking notice of a prescribed area. Additionally, the device introduces the Markov random field model to the cut out area and its surrounding area and optimizes a boundary shape among the areas.
