摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage detecting device which can insulate between a battery pack and a low-voltage circuit without using expensive switches such as photoMOS. SOLUTION: A microcomputer for low-voltage circuit 100 outputs enable pulses En which instruct to detect voltages of the both ends of unit cells V1 - V3. The enable pulses En are input to a high-voltage circuit 200 through a photo coupler FC1. The high-voltage circuit 200 performs on/off control of switches S11 - S13 so that the unit cells V1 - V3 are sequentially connected to a voltage pulse output circuit which outputs pulses indicating the voltages of the both ends of unit cells V1 - V3 according to the input of the enable pulses En. The pulses indicating the voltages of the both ends of unit cells are input to the microcomputer 100 through a photo coupler FC2. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
