<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a level control circuit which can prevent distortion of a signal waveform upon level adjustment of a low frequency signal. <P>SOLUTION: When the level of an input signal is large, resistors R2 and R3 are connected in parallel to be inserted between an electrolytic capacitor C3 and a reference potential. On the other hand, when the level of the input signal is small, only the resistor R2 is inserted between the electrolytic capacitor C3 and the reference potential. According to the level of the input signal, the level of the input signal is adjusted by a resistance division using either the resistors R2 and R3 or the resistor R2.
