<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device that performs a stable noninstantaneous interruption power supply change-over and achieves the reduction in power loss during a steady-state operation. <P>SOLUTION: A first back-flow prevention switch 1b has a function to prevent the back-flow of electric current from a second power supply V2 to a first power supply V1. A first output interrupting switch 1a has a function to interrupt the power supply feed from the first power supply V1 when the second power supply V2 is used. A second back-flow prevention switch 1c has a function to prevent the back-flow of electric current from the first power supply V1 to the second power supply V2. A second output interrupting switch 1d has a function to interrupt the power supply feed from the second power supply V2, when the first power supply V1 is used. A first voltage sensing part 13-1 senses the voltages of the first power supply V1. A second voltage sensing part 13-2 senses the voltages of the second power supply V2.
