STRUCTURE OF DISPLAY CAPABLE OF MAKING BOTH SIDE DISPLAY AND DRIVING METHOD FOR THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a flat panel display capable of displaying different screens respectively on both sides of a display panel by using a sheet of the display panel and a driving (operating) method for the same.

SOLUTION: Both sides holding a display cell structure in-between are respectively provided with light source modules 10 and 24 so that users existing on both sides of the display panel can view images. In addition, both light source modules are alternately switched in the time shorter than the time when the afterimages to be visually sensed by human eyes continue and respectively different image signals are outputted to thin-film transistor arrays on a glass substrate in correspondence to the switching to control the images displayed on the display, by which the respective different image data are displayed on both surface of the display.
