PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder capable of holding a comparatively large load with the external acoustic meatus or the auricle. SOLUTION: A hold arm 11 has a plurality of protrusions 12, 13 at one end and a hole 14 capable of holding an external load at the other end, and one of the protrusions 12, 13 is inserted in the external acoustic meatus first curve 17. A protrusion support 55 having a plurality of protrusions 52, 53 is turnably mounted in a hole 51b provided at one end of a hold arm 51, and one of the plurality of protrusions 52, 53 provided at one end of the hold arm 51 is inserted in the external acoustic meatus first curve 17 to make the hold arm 51 ready for holding the external load with its other end.
