PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep a common difference of the length of a fuse by improving a light emitting tube positioned in an outer tube, a stem assembly, and a light emitting tube fixing/holding device. SOLUTION: The lamp comprises a stem assembly having a stem, and first and second conductors; a light emitting tube having first and second lead wires which are electrically connected to a conductor; a fuse serially connected to one of the lead wires; and a fixing/holding device having first and second plates having first and second ends, respectively.
