PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a terminal-designated means to provide information matching terminal-designated identification information. SOLUTION: When a two-dimensional code 11 recorded on a poster 10 is read with mobile terminals 20-1 to 20-n, pieces of information consisting of the two-dimensional code 11, among pieces of information registered in an information database 50, are provided according to a providing method registered in a destination information database 43 and to address information while the two-dimensional code 11 is associated with an ID imparted to a program to be sent from the mobile terminals 20-1 to 20-n to an information providing means 40.
