PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet of which the outermost surface layer is improved in scratch resistance. SOLUTION: The decorative sheet is used in order to be laminated on a base material and characterized in that (1) the sheet successively has at least a first transparent resin layer, a pattern layer, a second transparent resin layer and a transparent protective layer and (2) the transparent protective layer is constituted of an ionizing radiation curable resin.
