PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combination plate mounting device capable of carrying out accurate mounting on a mounted board without causing the breakage of male and female members during mounting. SOLUTION: Such a structure is adopted that the male member 8 provided on one plate 5 is simply pushed into the female member 7 provided on the other plate 6 in the direction of approaching each other when put in engagement therewith and the female member 7 is simply turned in the engaging condition when put in disengagement and set apart. In this case, the male member 8 has a pair of leg portions 12 protruded to the female member 7 in a forked fashion and an outer pawl portion 13, while the female member 7 has a restriction frame 40 for giving restrictive deformation to both leg portions 12 of the male member 8 in the direction of approaching each other and an engagement portion 43 engageable with the outer pawl portion 13.
