PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete block, in which a design can be changed freely, in variously utilized design block or flower block. SOLUTION: In the design block and the flower block, a frame block section as the frame sections of the blocks and a cavity design section formed in the frame block as a design section are formed in a separate structure.
