PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small and inexpensive blowing device to be driven quietly by actualizing the decay of noises to be generated without using a special sound pressure generator. SOLUTION: The blowing device 10 has a rotating shaft 11 on which a propeller fan 25 is mounted, floatingly supported by active magnetic bearings 22-24. A sound pressure sensor 25 is arranged in a blown air duct thereof. The rotating shaft 11 supported in no contact is vibrated in accordance with sound pressure signals in the duct by the active magnetic bearings 22-24 to function a propeller fan 13 as a noise eliminating source.
