PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a photosensitive heat developable recording material which is hardly scratched, ensures high storage stability, can adopt simple package, and can suppress even the leakage of a stinking component generated during development. SOLUTION: In the photosensitive heat developable recording material 100 in which a latent image in a photosensitive layer 33 located on a surface of a support 31 is converted to a visible image upon heat development, the surface of the photosensitive layer 33 is covered with a colorless transparent laminate material 35. It is preferable that photosensitive layers 33 are located on both of the first surface 31a of the support 31 as one surface and the second surface 31b as the other surface and the surfaces of the respective photosensitive layers 33 are covered with the laminate material 35.
