PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefinic resin foamed sheet having an antistatic function capable of obtaining an antistatic effect without being largely affected by a humidity condition in air and having flexibility and cushioning properties. SOLUTION: In this polyolefinic resin foamed sheet 1 constituted by providing a polyolefinic resin layer 3 at least on one side of a polyolefinic resin foamed layer 2 with an apparent density of 0.015-0.3 g/cm3, the polyolefinic resin layer 3 contains a polymeric antistatic agent and is formed so that a basis weight becomes 0.1-20 g/m2.
