An evaporative type medium condenser (200) which does not use conventional disc type fins comprises a plurality of streamline cross-section bare metal tubes (201) disposed in parallel as cooling medium coils instead of conventional round section tubes, a recycling water supply system having a plurality of water spray nozzles (202) for spraying fine water particles onto the surface of the coil tubes to form a continuous water film thereon, a fan system (203) to provide a wind flow blowing over the streamline tubes in a direction from a large head front portion of the streamline cross-section to a gradual reduced rear portion thereof and to provide a low pressure area thereat so as to speed the evaporation of the water film on the surface of the coil tubes to improve cooling efficiency to attain a high EER.
