<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor processor of high security, using a simple circuit arrangement. <P>SOLUTION: A CPUI/F111 and a nonvolatile memory 112 for storing access restriction information about restrictions on access to memory in such a manner as to make data rewritable are provided inside a memory module 11.
