<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of part items and offer simpler and smaller construction for permitting easy assembly on equipment. <P>SOLUTION: A slit 37 is provided in the peripheral face of a valve element 13a of a quick exhaust valve 13. The slit 37 is normally closed. When quick exhaust is required, a driven gear 43 for a valve thruster 13b abuts on the side face of the valve element 13a to give deformation to the valve element 13a, by which the slit 37 is largely opened for quick exhaust through the opening of the slit 37.
