<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container, which allows a user to enjoy the taste and flavor of a content liquid and to have a visual satisfaction as well. <P>SOLUTION: A lateral sealed part 3 for forming a top wall 2 is formed on the top wall 2 of the container 1. The lateral sealed part 3 is extended from the top wall 2, bent toward side walls 4, and is fixed on each side wall 4 to form respective flaps 5. A pair of the flaps 5 formed on the upper part of the container 1 and the lateral sealed part 3 formed the top wall 2 are lifted, and the lateral sealed part 3 is cut out along the lateral seal base 6 of the lateral sealed part 3 that is in contact with the content liquid. Cutting out the lateral sealed part 3 forms a spout 7, whose opening end 8 is made almost circle and is folded back onto the container exterior.
