MODULE WITH BUILT-IN CONNECTOR, CIRCUIT BOARD EMPLOYING THE SAME AND COMPOSITE MODULE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a module with a built-in connector with less noise which permits high-density mounting to connect a signal to the outside system, a composite module and a circuit substrate which are employing the module with a built-in connector.

SOLUTION: The module with a built-in connector accommodates an electric insulating layer (101) provided with a wiring pattern (104) and at least an electronic component (103) selected from one or more active components and passive components in the electric insulating layer (101), and is electrically connected to the wiring pattern (104) and accommodates one or more of connectors (102) for connecting to an external electrode electrically. The connector (102) is provided with an external wiring inserting unit (105).
