IMAGE MEASUREMENT METHOD FOR SURFACE PLASMON RESONANCE METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image measurement method for projecting a surface plasmon resonance (SPR) image in the same direction as a pattern on a chip for SPR measurement.

SOLUTION: According to this SPR method, an image photographed by a CCD camera is turned upside-down and/or mirror-reversed and/or rotated by computer operation to perform display and/or operation. It is made easy to specify a position on the chip and to modify displacement of a spot.
