PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk device capable of surely preventing a malfunction caused by undesired electromagnetic waves. SOLUTION: The optical disk device is so configured that a shielding member 29 is electrically joined to a tray cover 28; a 2nd conductive elastic member is abutted on the surface of the tray cover; a 1st conductive elastic member is arranged on the opposite side of the tray cover in a tray 22; and when the tray 22 is held in a casing 21, the 1st and 2nd conductive elastic members are brought into contact with the casing 21.
