PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging film for reading data information of a two-dimensional code formed, even after the packaging film having shrinkability, such as a heat-shrinkable film and an elastic expansive film, contracts to be mounted on an item to be packaged. SOLUTION: The packaging film 20 comprises a non-shrinkable label 4 formed with the two-dimensional code 1 sticking to the shrinkable film. In addition, the packaging film comprises the shrinkable film printing the two-dimensional code, and is provided with a non-shrinkable layer at an overlapped position corresponding to the two-dimensional code.
