METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR TREATMENT OF CONSTRUCTION SLUDGE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for treatment of construction sludge, by each of which the construction sludge can be treated efficiently by combining comparatively lightweight facilities to be installed in a piling construction site without contaminating the piling construction site. SOLUTION: Sludge storing pits 11, 12 are dug in the vicinity of a pile driving hole 1. The liquid construction sludge 3 overflowing from the pile driving hole 1 when a pile 2 is sunk is guided directly to the first sludge storing pit 11 to settle/separate coarse solid-containing solid content. The construction sludge 3 guided from the first sludge storing pit to the second sludge storing pit 12 is sent to a sludge sorting apparatus 31 arranged in the piling construction site by a sand pump 21 to remove the solid content equal to or larger than the predetermined size. The construction sludge 3 containing only fine solid content 5 is sent to a sludge dehydrating apparatus 51 through a storage tank 41 having an agitation blade 43 and dehydrated to obtain dehydrated cake. A mixture obtained by mixing the dehydrated cake with a hardening material can be reused as a ground improving material etc. The water obtained by the dehydration can be reused as a digging liquid or a washing liquid.
