PRODUCT INFORMATION MANAGEMENT DEVICE AND PROGRAM USED FOR THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily recognize the contents of components configuring a product; and to appropriately cope with an inquiry about the components from a user.

SOLUTION: A configuration information screen 52 lists and displays component codes and component names as information on the components. The screen is configured to display the 'Image display' button and the 'Order' button for each of the components. Depressing the 'Image display' button transmits screen data on an image display screen displaying the image of the corresponding component to a client terminal. The user or an operator assures the external appearance of the component by referring to the image on the image display screen. The result easily recognizes the contents of the components configuring the product and appropriately copes with the inquiry about the components from the user.
