<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount an information storage medium to a board body so that circuit parts mounted to the board body are visible. <P>SOLUTION: An elastic arm pair 24 comprising a first elastic arm 25 and a second elastic arm 26 is provided almost at the center of a lower face 18a of an RFID tag 18. A fitting hole 17b is bored near the corner of a printed circuit board 17. When locking projections 25b, 26b are fitted into the fitting hole 17b, the printed circuit board 17 is clamped by the locking projections 25b, 26b by the energizing force of the arm parts 25, 26.
