PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated solid electrolytic capacitor and a laminated transmission line element, which can increase the number of laminated layers in the element without involving deterioration of the element and thereby which can realize remarkable miniaturization, large capacity, and low impedance. SOLUTION: One ends of anodes 1 of adjacent solid electrolytic capacitor elements 10 are mechanically connected each other by an insulating spacer 12 provided therebetween. One end faces of the anodes 1 of adjacent solid electrolytic capacitor elements 10 in a plate thickness direction are electrically connected each other by a conductive member 11.
